The first four model years of the Compass did not carry the “Trail Rated” badge but carried it with the 2011 release.

The 2024 Jeep Compass starts at $27,495, making it one of the least expensive Jeep models. Five trim options are available, ranging from the base Sport to the high-end Trailhawk. All trims come with the same 2.0-liter I4 engine that produces 200 hp and 221 pound-feet of torque. Gas mileage is good for a crossover SUV, yielding 27 mpg combined. Choosing the Compass Sport provides great value, with all-wheel drive and a 10.1-inch touchscreen already included.
